On sunny days, make sure you get sunshine.  If it’s warm enough for you, go for a walk outside.  Even if it’s a little too cold at first, you will warm up as you get your muscles activated.  Sit near a window and read a magazine or just take a moment to breathe and enjoy the sunlight on your skin. 

  3. Plan something fun. A small event can make an impact on your attitude. 

  4. Have a clean diet. What you put in your body impacts your health. 

  5. See your favorite chiropractor.
