As the vintage song goes, “there is no place like home for the holidays.” I love being home with my family for the holidays. Christmas morning arrives and all of the hard work has paid off. The smiles on my family’s faces is worth it. The late nights of wrapping gifts and adorning the house with decorations are all worth it.
I know that for some of you being home for the holidays can be very stressful. Here are some tips for healthier ways to cope with family drama.
